popula\u010dn\u00e9 ro\u010dn\u00edky tzv. \u201eHus\u00e1kov\u00fdch det\u00ed\u201c sa pres\u00favaj\u00fa do vy\u0161\u0161ieho veku, \u010do v kombin\u00e1cii so zvy\u0161ovan\u00edm d\u00f4chodkov\u00e9ho veku sp\u00f4sobuje, \u017ee<strong> na trhu pr\u00e1ce zost\u00e1va viac star\u0161\u00edch \u013eud\u00ed.<\/strong> V d\u00f4sledku t\u00fdchto demografick\u00fdch zmien mus\u00ed starn\u00faca popul\u00e1cia <strong>upravi\u0165 svoje priority a definova\u0165 nov\u00e9 potreby,<\/strong> medzi ktor\u00e9 nevyhnutne patr\u00ed aj prisp\u00f4sobenie v\u00fdkonu pr\u00e1ce a pracovn\u00e9ho prostredia star\u0161ej pracovnej sile.<\/p><p>Na mno\u017estvo disponibilnej pracovnej sily bude vpl\u00fdva\u0165 aj \u010fal\u0161\u00ed jav spojen\u00fd so starnut\u00edm popul\u00e1cie, a to je <strong>nedostato\u010dn\u00e1 infra\u0161trukt\u00fara pre zabezpe\u010denie potrieb opatrovania \u013eud\u00ed vo vy\u0161\u0161om veku.<\/strong> U\u017e dnes odhadujeme, \u017ee \u010das\u0165 potenci\u00e1lnych pracovn\u00edkov je menej akt\u00edvna na trhu pr\u00e1ce z d\u00f4vodu plnenia opatrovate\u013esk\u00fdch povinnost\u00ed vo\u010di svojim de\u0165om, rodi\u010dom a\/alebo v pr\u00edpade sendvi\u010dovej gener\u00e1cie kombinuj\u00fa pomoc svojim de\u0165om so starostlivos\u0165ou o svojich rodi\u010dov. <strong>Z\u00e1sadn\u00fdm momentom preto bude prisp\u00f4sobovanie v\u00fdkonu pr\u00e1ce a pracovn\u00e9ho prostredia meniacej sa \u0161trukt\u00fare pracovnej sily vo v\u0161etk\u00fdch \u017eivotn\u00fdch etap\u00e1ch.<\/strong><\/p><p>Prisp\u00f4sobovanie sa starn\u00facemu trhu pr\u00e1ce mus\u00ed by\u0165 komplexn\u00fdm procesom, ktor\u00fd bude zasahova\u0165 do viacer\u00fdch oblast\u00ed.\u00a0Z vy\u0161\u0161ie uveden\u00e9ho vypl\u00fdva, \u017ee <strong>bude potrebn\u00e9 realizova\u0165 opatrenia zameran\u00e9 nielen na star\u0161\u00edch pracovn\u00edkov, ale aj na \u010fal\u0161ie vekov\u00e9 skupiny.<\/strong> Ni\u017e\u0161ia po\u010detnos\u0165 disponibilnej pracovnej sily si bude vy\u017eadova\u0165 <strong>zapojenie v\u0161etk\u00fdch vekov\u00fdch O potrebe implementova\u0165 z\u00e1sady vekov\u00e9ho mana\u017ementu do praxe hovor\u00ed aj <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mpsvr.sk\/files\/sk\/ministerstvo\/rada-vlady-slovenskej-republiky-prava-seniorov-prisposobovanie-verejnych-politik-procesu-starnutia-populacie\/narodny-program-aktivneho-starnutia-roky-2014-2020\/narodny-program-aktivneho-starnutia-roky-2021-2030.pdf\">N\u00e1rodn\u00fd program akt\u00edvneho starnutia na roky 2021 &#8211; 2030<\/a><\/strong> prijat\u00fd vl\u00e1dou SR, na z\u00e1klade ktor\u00e9ho s\u00fa definovan\u00e9 aj ciele tohto projektu.<\/p><p data-start=\"132\" data-end=\"562\">N\u00e1rodn\u00fd projekt <a href=\"https:\/\/www.celozivotnakariera.sk\/index.php\/vekovy-manazment-praca-prisposobena-vekovym-etapam\/\"><strong data-start=\"132\" data-end=\"203\">Vekov\u00fd mana\u017ement: Pr\u00e1ca prisp\u00f4soben\u00e1 vekov\u00fdm etap\u00e1m<\/strong>,<\/a> ktor\u00fd realizuje <strong data-start=\"221\" data-end=\"249\">Aliancia sektorov\u00fdch r\u00e1d<\/strong>, sa zameriava na <strong>vytvorenie sektorov\u00fdch modelov pre implement\u00e1ciu z\u00e1sad vekov\u00e9ho mana\u017ementu.<\/strong> Tieto modely bud\u00fa k dispoz\u00edcii v\u0161etk\u00fdm zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eom a poskytn\u00fa <strong>z\u00e1sady \u00faspe\u0161nej implement\u00e1cie vekov\u00e9ho mana\u017ementu do podnikovej kult\u00fary, stabiln\u00fa poradensk\u00fa datab\u00e1zu a \u010fal\u0161ie n\u00e1stroje na zvl\u00e1dnutie tejto problematiky.<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"564\" data-end=\"775\">V\u00fdstupy projektu bud\u00fa podlo\u017een\u00e9 v\u00fdskumom pracovnej schopnosti zamestnancov, \u017eivnostn\u00edkov a os\u00f4b, ktor\u00e9 chc\u00fa pracova\u0165, ale \u017eivotn\u00e9 okolnosti im to neumo\u017e\u0148uj\u00fa (sk\u00faman\u00e9 bud\u00fa bari\u00e9ry pre ich akt\u00edvny pracovn\u00fd \u017eivot).
