V roku 2000 bol priemern\u00fd vek ekonomicky akt\u00edvneho mu\u017ea 37,5 roka, v roku 2021 to u\u017e bolo 42,3 roka. Priemern\u00fd vek pracuj\u00facich rastie, pri\u010dom do roku 2035 sa predpoklad\u00e1 priemer takmer 45 rokov. Upozornila na to Konfeder\u00e1cia odborov\u00fdch zv\u00e4zov (KOZ) na svojej soci\u00e1lnej sieti s t\u00fdm, \u017ee rie\u0161en\u00edm m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 vekov\u00fd mana\u017ement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201ePracovn\u00edkov nad 55 rokov bude \u010doraz viac, ich podiel by mal \u010doskoro dosiahnu\u0165 a\u017e 25 %. To kladie \u00faplne nov\u00e9 po\u017eiadavky na pracovn\u00e9 podmienky, organiz\u00e1ciu pr\u00e1ce aj pr\u00edstup zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eov,\u201c&nbsp;<\/em>uviedli odbor\u00e1ri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Medzi rizik\u00e1 na trhu pr\u00e1ce patria pod\u013ea nich mas\u00edvne odchody do pred\u010dasn\u00e9ho d\u00f4chodku, ktor\u00e9 zvy\u0161uj\u00fa tlak na niektor\u00e9 sektory. Nedostatok kvalifikovan\u00fdch pracovn\u00edkov sa prejavuje v s\u00fa\u010dasnosti v oblastiach, kde je rozdiel medzi najmlad\u0161\u00edm a najstar\u0161\u00edm sektorom takmer desa\u0165 rokov. Rie\u0161en\u00edm preto m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 aj n\u00e1rodn\u00fd projekt <strong>Vekov\u00fd mana\u017ement &#8211; pr\u00e1ca prisp\u00f4soben\u00e1 \u017eivotn\u00fdm etap\u00e1m, ktor\u00fd aktu\u00e1lne sp\u00fa\u0161\u0165a Aliancia sektorov\u00fdch r\u00e1d<\/strong>, pri\u010dom jej s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou je aj KOZ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Odbor\u00e1ri pribl\u00ed\u017eili, \u017ee projekt prinesie meranie pracovnej schopnosti u 15.600 zamestnancov vo v\u0161etk\u00fdch sektoroch n\u00e1rodn\u00e9ho hospod\u00e1rstva, podporu zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eov pri tvorbe pracovn\u00fdch podmienok zoh\u013ead\u0148uj\u00facich vek zamestnancov \u010di vypracovanie modelov\u00fdch pr\u00edstupov vekov\u00e9ho mana\u017ementu pre ka\u017ed\u00fd sektor.&nbsp;<em>\u201eVekov\u00fd mana\u017ement nie je len benefit.
