Na trhu pr\u00e1ce bude menej \u013eud\u00ed a priemern\u00fd vek zamestnancov bude v\u00fdrazne vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tento d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fd trend a zvl\u00e1danie staroby v zamestnan\u00ed reflektuj\u00fa u\u017e aj syst\u00e9mov\u00e9 iniciat\u00edvy na \u0161t\u00e1tnej \u00farovni. Presne na t\u00fato \u017eivotn\u00fa etapu a potreby zamestnancov vo vy\u0161\u0161om veku reaguje aj N\u00e1rodn\u00fd projekt <a href=\"https:\/\/www.celozivotnakariera.sk\/index.php\/vekovy-manazment-praca-prisposobena-vekovym-etapam\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"53\">\u201eVekov\u00fd mana\u017ement: Pr\u00e1ca prisp\u00f4soben\u00e1 \u017eivotn\u00fdm etap\u00e1m\u201c.<\/a> Jeho hlavn\u00fdm cie\u013eom je pom\u00e1ha\u0165 firm\u00e1m a organiz\u00e1ci\u00e1m vytv\u00e1ra\u0165 tak\u00e9 podmienky, aby bol pracovn\u00fd \u017eivot udr\u017eate\u013en\u00fd a prisp\u00f4soben\u00fd meniacim sa schopnostiam \u013eud\u00ed v r\u00f4znych f\u00e1zach ich \u017eivota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kde je prirodzen\u00fd strop?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pod\u013ea odborn\u00edkov ka\u017ed\u00e9 zvy\u0161ovanie veku odchodu do d\u00f4chodku raz naraz\u00ed na pomyseln\u00fa stenu, ktorou je invalidita. Ak by \u013eudia namiesto starobn\u00e9ho d\u00f4chodku hromadne kon\u010dili na invalidnom, syst\u00e9m zlyh\u00e1. Na\u0161\u0165astie tam zatia\u013e nie sme, no pod\u013ea \u00fadajov Soci\u00e1lnej pois\u0165ovne bolo v janu\u00e1ri 2026 novopriznan\u00fdch 3195 starobn\u00fdch d\u00f4chodkov, pri\u010dom v tom istom obdob\u00ed nov\u00fdch invalidn\u00fdch d\u00f4chodkov bolo celkovo priznan\u00fdch 1551.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u010co s t\u00fdm mus\u00edme urobi\u0165?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aby sme tento demografick\u00fd tlak ust\u00e1li, potrebujeme sa zamera\u0165 na dve k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00e9 rie\u0161enia:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Vyu\u017ei\u0165 technol\u00f3gie a AI na maximum:<\/strong> N\u00e1dejou pre trh pr\u00e1ce je umel\u00e1 inteligencia a automatiz\u00e1cia. Mus\u00edme zv\u00fd\u0161i\u0165 produktivitu pr\u00e1ce nato\u013eko, aby men\u0161\u00ed objem \u013eudskej pracovnej sily dok\u00e1zal vygenerova\u0165 dostatok zdrojov na u\u017eivenie rast\u00faceho po\u010dtu d\u00f4chodcov. \u010c\u00edm menej budeme z\u00e1visl\u00ed od \u010disto fyzickej \u010di rutinnej \u013eudskej pr\u00e1ce, t\u00fdm lep\u0161ie pre cel\u00fd soci\u00e1lny syst\u00e9m.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Investova\u0165 do zdravia (Age Management): <\/strong>Predl\u017euj\u00faci sa vek do\u017eitia je pre d\u00f4chodkov\u00fd syst\u00e9m z\u00e1\u0165a\u017eou, no vek do\u017eitia v zdrav\u00ed je naopak obrovsk\u00fdm pr\u00ednosom. Firmy aj \u0161t\u00e1t musia za\u010da\u0165 akt\u00edvne rie\u0161i\u0165 zdravie zamestnancov, prevenciu a prisp\u00f4sobenie pracovn\u00fdch podmienok star\u0161\u00edm ro\u010dn\u00edkom, aby sme v pr\u00e1ci nielen sedeli, ale vl\u00e1dali re\u00e1lne a plnohodnotne tvori\u0165.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Str\u00e1vi\u0165 jese\u0148 \u017eivota v pr\u00e1ci bude pre mnoh\u00fdch nevyhnutnos\u0165ou.
